Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Version of 3 November 2026.

I, a user of the Value Finder app, confirm that I am 18 or older, and freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the operator, Denis Aleksandrovich Plakhotnikov, self-employed (Taxpayer ID 310207425702, email valuefinder.noreply@yandex.ru), to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. What data

• email address;
• the record of this consent: the document version and the time;
• Pro details: plan, price, start and end dates, free trial;
• payment details: the YooKassa payment ID, amount, status, date;
• my messages to the operator: the sender's email and the text.

2. Why

• signing in with a code sent by email;
• linking Pro to my account, paying for it, and refunds;
• confirming that the consent was obtained;
• replying to my messages.

3. What may be done with the data

Collection, recording, systematisation, storage, correction, use, transfer, deletion and destruction. Processing is automated. The data is stored on the operator's server in Russia (a cloud server of JSC Selectel, Moscow). To send emails with codes, the email address is passed to the mail service of YANDEX LLC; for payments, the YooKassa payment service (NCO YooMoney LLC) receives the amount, the plan and an internal account number, without the email. To other third parties only where the law requires it.

4. Term

The consent is valid while I have an account, or until I withdraw it. After withdrawal, the operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days at most. Payment records then remain without the email and without any link to me.

5. How to withdraw

In the app: More → Delete account and data — the data is deleted on the server too. Or by email to valuefinder.noreply@yandex.ru. I understand that the app cannot be used without this consent.

6. What stays with me

The betting journal, bankroll, settings and The Odds API key are stored only on my device and are not sent to the operator; this consent does not cover them.
